However, there may be delays due to certain unavoidable factors that are beyond our control & influence for which we do not take responsibility.
- Should there be a delay from our end, we would intimate the customers well in advance about the delay and make sure that the information is relayed on time.
- Customer’s would have the right to lodge a request and seek refunds for any delay in delivery that exceeds a period of 90 days from the date of order only if –
- A customer is able to produce our advance intimation of impending delay in delivery and
- The request to seek refund is accepted/approved by Deluxe Rugs N Carpets Pty. Ltd., Australia after thoroughly analyzing the facts and determining the reasons of delay.

- Mention the Invoice No. / Order No. along with 4 to 5 images of the product you received.
- Specify your bank account details – BSB and Account number where you want your refund to be deposited. (Sorry! We only return the money to your designated bank account)
